To say it was windy during this session be an understatement. The wind was whipping everyone’s hair, seagulls struggled to fly straight, and sand swirled about in the air. Thankfully, the wind was the only thing that day that was not ideal. There were just a handful of people at the beach, and the sun was just warm enough to keep us comfortable on that windy Saturday in September. All in all, it was a beautiful day, and I hope you can see that reflected in the images. If you are looking to do a Family Gathering Session at the shore, I highly recommend doing it in the off season, the weather is cooler and you get all that beautiful beachy background without as many people. Looking forward to heading back there in the spring!
